Conterkasas has strategic partnerships in the real estate sector and can assist with land acquisition. It is also possible to include the cost of the land in the proposal, should the client wish to do so.

Yes, at the moment Conterkasas has a partnership with Banco Millenium and assists you throughout the entire process.
How does the construction process work?

The construction takes place at BMC's facilities, Conterkasas' parent company, located in the Ervosas Industrial Zone, Ílhavo. Around 80 to 90% of the work is carried out at the company's facilities.

What are the delivery times for the presented models?
The T1 model leaves the factory 100% ready and has a minimum delivery time of 60 days after project approval. The T2 takes at least 90 days, the T3 at least 120 days, and the T4 at least 150 days, also after project approval. Additionally, the T4 requires an extra 30 days for on-site finishing.
How is the transport of the modules from the factory to the site carried out?

The transport of the modules from the factory to the construction site is not included in the price and must be arranged directly with the transport company. In certain cases, transport specialists may need to visit the site to assess the type of equipment required for unloading.
